This program is specially designed for youth living in New Zealand to learn and experience the profound Dhamma teachings of Gautama Buddha. Our aim is to guide young people toward developing mindfulness, discipline, good moral conduct, and a compassionate outlook that will help them become strong contributors to society.
Through discussions, activities, meditation, and real-life applications of the Dhamma, participants gain the skills to handle challenges, build confidence, and cultivate inner peace.
The program is conducted every month and is open to youth aged 15 to 19, providing them with a supportive environment to grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially.

The program includes Dhamma Sermons, meditation practice, and dhamma discussions, especially for the youth. The program is conducted in English.
Youth between age 15 and 19 are welcome to join this program conducted in English.
